We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust with my own property. We're a family operation, so if something isn't right with a unit, it's our responsibility, and we handle it that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in our office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
